AP I already have the BC book

Hi AP and aristo O picked up the books at the sorting office today having missed the postman yesterday.

I have: T by PO'B chosen by SLF and TWWWTOBFAY by ST chosen by IJAF.

So, looking at the post above - the ST one is for February and I already sent OTBH to Aristo???

Report
AgentProvocateur · 29/01/2013 14:18

Right, I've had a look and I think that at the start of February, this is what we should all have:

Lolaladybird should have TWWWTBFAY by ST
AgentProvocateur should have RBE by JK
StickyLittleFingers should have M by E
ArtiFarti should have TTT by ??
ItsJustAFleshWound should have TSC by EI
JohnWorf should have TCoS by SG
Dysgu should have T by Po'B
Aristocat should have OTBH by BC

So, Dysgu, T is your right book for Feb, and Aristocat also has the right book for Feb. I'm confused about where TWWWWTBFAY comes into it. Aristocat should have been posting it to Lola this week. But maybe OTBH and TWWW got mixed up along the line...

Aristocat, are you ready to send OTBH to Lola? If so, if Dysgu could read TWWWW first and send it to you as soon as she's read it, we might get back on track.

What do you think?

I can send TWWWW... pretty soon as I am almost finished reading it. Just let me know... as I will need to buy chocolate!

Yes Dysgu would love the book asap please Smile I will be sending mine (OTBH) on to Lola this week

Report
Dysgu · 30/01/2013 19:03

Ok aristo I will finish it in the next couple of days and will send it on Saturday (once I have bought chocolate!)

stickylittlefingers · 01/02/2013 13:54

arti have sent the books, so should be with you tomorrow. "Books" because I'd read my one for this month. So you have TTT by DS (aristo's) for this month and M by JE (Dysgu's) for March.

Blimey, it's all a bit confusing this time isn't it! Sorry, been completely out of the loop as haven't been on MN for weeks and just remembered I should be posting a book. AP - realistically, its going to be Monday before I can post as won't get to a post office tomorrow, sorry.

aristocat · 05/02/2013 18:14

Smile Lola. Your book is on its way, hope you like the chocolate.

Report
aristocat · 09/02/2013 22:36

Dysgu no chocolate book for me yet, did you manage to post it?

Report
Dysgu · 11/02/2013 21:40

Sorry aristo have not made it to post office but will get there tomorrow as I am working from home and will need the break!

Sorry - no real reason other than the hectic chaos that is my life right now!

Dysgu no worries m'dear. Just didn't want it waiting for me at the sorting office Smile

Report
Dysgu · 12/02/2013 10:07

aristo I have just got back from the post office Smile where I posted the book. My school run took me nearly 90 minutes today as I waddled into town to post the book and then went to the hair dressers to make an appointment for a cut and colour in half term (next week here). So success - but that's me done as the only way home from town is all uphill and now I can carry on with writing these school reports (which are the reason I am working from home today). Only 8 more days at work to go though Grin

Dysgu when is your due date? So soon already?

Hope you are OK Smile

Report
Dysgu · 12/02/2013 21:46

Hi - my due date is not until 24th April, which is 10 weeks from tomorrow but, as DD1 and DD2 came early for no reasons, I am finishing work early and plan on taking things easy in hope of this one staying in a bit longer. All medical staff seem to think it will be the same as before - so we will be on high alert any time from 27th February!

I am on extra hormones (possibly - is a double blind research project) which aim to get me to at least 34 weeks so we will just wait and see.

Hopefully I can have a couple of peaceful weeks and some rest and reading time - but cannot read with chocolate as I have gestational diabetes (possibly - they are treating me as though I have which means testing my blood three times a day - but the test results may have been skewed by the drugs I have had!)

Smile Thanks for the book/chocolate dysgu. Good luck, hope LO doesn't arrive too soon.

27/2- must mean Dysgu is on high alert! Hope all is well and you're curled up reading in a corner comfortably :)

Hello, everyone. Have you all posted? slf apologies for the crap chocolate this month - I had the book in the open envelope in my car, and then I was passing through the world's most boring village, with the world's worst Spar... It was like stepping 20 years back in time.

Dysgu · 07/03/2013 00:00

Will be posting tomorrow aristocat - is all packed and ready for the post office.

Nothing happening here - I finished work last Friday (first time I have started maternity leave before having a baby so something of a novelty) so just waiting to see if anything is going to happen. Obviously, something will happen in the next 7 weeks... but we are passed the arrival stage for DD1 and getting close to the arrival stage for DD2 - so will be packing bag soon but it feels too much like tempting fate!

Managing to do lots of reading - and am even trying to crochet a baby hat!

Report
stickylittlefingers · 08/03/2013 11:46

I have the book thanks AP The chocolate is no longer with us, so can't have been so very bad Wink

Exciting times Dysgu- hope you're still feeling well and comfortable and doing lots of reading! Very impressed by the crochet. I'm as good with needles and wool as your average trout.

Report
LolaLadybird · 08/03/2013 17:45

Lots of reading and crocheting time sounds good Dysgu.

No book received here yet, is it on its way Aristo? (Have just finished a book and not sure whether to start another or wait for its arrival - decisions, decisions)
