AP - I was also thinking we should wait a month as we are definitely behind at this end of the chain. I might then be able to finish the book I have currently (which I was otherwise going to send on unfinished). Also, as Aristo has only just got Nov's book, I think it unlikely we will both get through it this month with it being so busy.

I am happy to wait but I already have December's book so does this mean that I wait until February to post it on .

I have the book AP many thanks! I think that's right arti, the books you and I have now we don't send on til 1 February. As if we hadn't got them yet and received them on 1 January.

itsjusta - two books and chocolate posted to you yesterday. I have explained in the note that one book is January's and one is February's (they were posted to me early). Enjoy!

Chocolate reserves have also been topped up ... Yippee, as those last few Quality Street were looking very lonely (no one likes the orange creams...)

Hi lisa, there's a few of these going. You basically just get a few people together, agree on what kind of books you do/don't like reading, each choose a book and then once a month you each post a book to the next person on the list. Ours has been going for about four years now and it's a great way to read things you wouldn't normally have chosen.

Has anyone 'seen' anything of Johnworf recently? I always feel bad about coming onto the thread to say my book hasn't arrived again as I am usually so late in posting myself - but my book hasn't arrived again?!

Dysgu, JW is posting both books today. Will that be Nov & Jan, or Jan & Feb? I'm on my phone so can't access the swap spreadsheet, but let me know if you're not sure whose book you should have IYSWIM.

I did send a book at the start of the month so perhaps it is Jan and Feb books heading to me..

I (AP) should have Aristocat's book
SLF should have LolaLadybirds's book (I sent it off today)
Arti should have my book
ItsJustaFleshwound should have SLF's book
JohnWorf should have Arti's book
Dysgu should have ItsJustaFleshwound's book
Aristocat should have JohnWorf's book
LolaLadybird should have Dysgu's book

So right now (which is 1 December, and we missed 1 Jan out)

AP = Dysgu (in fact she's sent it to me already)
SLF= Aristocat
Arti = Lola
Itsjustafleshwound = AP
JohnWorf = SLF
Dysgu = Arti
Aristocat = Itsjustafleshwound
Lola = John Worf

And 1 Feb

AP = JW
SLF = Dysgu
Arti =Aristo
IJAF= lola

I still have no book but I guess the snow might have held it up if it is in the post somewhere... when a book arrives, I will check the list slf and see where I am up to!

Dysgu, have you got a book yet? You should have got OTBH by BC to read during January, to send on to Aristocat next week. Have you already read and passed on TWWWTBFAY by ST?
