Hi all,

I had a miscarriage in September 22, I have been TTC since.

I am currently cycle day 17, I used the clear blue digital ovulation test this month. I started testing cycle day 10. I got my static face on cycle day 14 :D!!
I DTD on cycle days 11 13 14 16 and will tomorrow just for luck!
Do you think I have covered it ? I'm flapping because I didn't DTD on cycle day 15 due to my partner needing a break.

Thank you in advance , all replies are grateful.

I bet. I've had 2 losses before I got my rainbow. Definitely covered 🤣 haha I'm just waiting for my test to turn peak. So impatient! Don't think I've got long to wait xx

I do have regular periods and use easy@home. Also use the premom app. It's so helpful. Xx

I haven't heard of them! I will take a look. I've only ever used clear blue but it is costly.
I feel like I know my body but I get ovulation pain for 4-5 days straight so when I think it's over it comes back so I'm like what lol x

I've used clear blue. I do like them but so expensive. Luckily I only get ovulation pain the once so know when I definitely ovulate x

shan1989 · 17/01/2023 11:44

That's so good, I get the pain but I cannot pin point it 100% as it lasts a few days.

I hope you get your BFP this month GrinDaffodil!!!

I've ordered in my hcg tests so will start testing on Sunday I think, period is due 29th xx

It is. At the beginning of ttc I never got any pain so I'm glad I do now.

Thank you. Had 2 chemicals. I don't think my lining was thick enough. I got my period back at 6 months it was light and first chemical was light but the second was really heavy so think my lining will be thick enough now.

Good luck. Hope you get a bfp. Keep me updated. I'll let you know when I hit my peak xx

That's really good, I think TTC has definitely made me notice signs/symptoms that I didn't before.

I am sorry, the nurse said to allow a few cycles and your body should then be prepared for a new pregnancy. 🤞🏼!! So hopefully this time for you.

Thank you Halo I haven't notice anything yet but I am only 5 days post ovulation.
Yes keep me updated Smile good luck with everything xx

Yes same here

Hopefully my body is ready now 🤞🤞

Wait till you get past 7dpo and may notice stuff may not. Not everyone has symptoms. I didn't with my son.
Will do. 😊 you as well. Xx

I had a miscarriage in October and have been really keen to try again. I've used the clearblue ovulation sticks but my periods are still so irregular and all over the place. I'm getting so disheartened. I spoke to the doctors and they said I need to give my body time but I just want to get pregnant again. It's so hard.

I'm sorry you have been through it too, it's a lonely place!

shan1989 · 19/01/2023 08:52

I think it will be 🤞🏼!!!

I did a test today, first morning wee and I had a faint line.. I did another one to check with the wee after the first and it was negative.. I think I will wait like you said ☹️🫣!! I've attached a pic.

Hi olive Smile I am really sorry to hear you had a miscarriage in October, it's never easy!!
I am nearly 5 months post mine in September and my periods have only just gone back to normal, it takes time and other factors can delay it more.

Just take a relaxed approach, I have only just started using ovulation tests because I didn't see much point before when my periods were 27 days then 30 days ect.

It's a real lonely place, everything triggers the emotions, especially when someone announces they are pregnant. But we got this 😅🌈 and we will all get there.

xx

Hey how are you doing? CD17 still no positive opk. Think I've got a batch of bad tests. I think I ovulated CD11 as I had all the symptoms I normally get. But no positive test. So we shall see what happens. Still gonna test with lh tests till Monday then stop xx

shan1989 · 22/01/2023 08:26

Hello! Nice to hear from you Grin
That sucks, but at least you think you know, do you think you covered it?
I used some tests on Amazon a couple of months ago and they didn't work!! So annoying when that happens.

Mmm I think I'm out this month, been testing daily but not even a faint line now just straight negative! LH went positive on the 13th so I'm like 9 days post now. Period due in about a week.

I feel like I know my body and I would have symptoms by now.

I feel gutted because I tried this month and just feel exhausted.

Sad xx

Yep i know my body well. Yes definitely covered it. So I'm either 6 or 7dpo. It really is! I read loads of reviews and it's got a few bad ones. Seems the tests are getting worse. You're not out till the bitch shows! And you're still early. I never had symptoms with my son. Try not to worry or stress 😊 xx

Thank you! It's hard isn't it, just want it to happen Sad feel like we tried hard this month, just gets you down after a while! Before the miscarriage we only tried 2 months but it's been since September so can't help but worry now.

Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼!!!!xxx

Sorry to jump on ... I had a mc Xmas day.

How long had you been trying to conceive the first time and have you been actively trying since sept?

Tell me to p off if it's too personal. I'm just thinking of trying again and don't know if it will be quicker or longer after a mc. I've had my period since x

Olive158 · 22/01/2023 15:59

I got pregnant very quickly both times I've been pregnant. I've been actively trying since October but my periods are still all over the place. I'm finding it hard to be patient. Doctor said I have to give my body time to heal.

shan1989 · 22/01/2023 16:19

Hello Halo no more than welcome!!

Sorry to hear you had a miscarriage on Christmas Day, that's so awful ! I hope you are recovering well.

So September 24th I had my miscarriage, it took me 2 months to get pregnant I didn't track anything just sex around day 15/16 of my cycle.

I've been having sex unprotected since September so still nothing, I got my period after the miscarriage on the 29th October so about 5/6 weeks later.

I had heath checks, pelvic scans and bloods and all clear and partner so we are healthy. Just unlucky!

The consultant said that stress will delay it, so I need to take a more relaxed approach (easier said than done) ! Told me to delete apps and not use opks he thinks they add stress. (I get how it can)!!

I'm not sure why it's taking so long this time.. I think my body is getting back into a cycle and tbh the break has been better on my mind and body! When it happens it will happen I guess. HmmSmile

I am currently 9 days post ovulation so hopefully this time round 🤞🏼 but if not then onto February we go. xx

I stopped taking my pill 14th sept. Didn't dtd any days around ovulation (I was poorly) in October and then conceived in my November cycle. Was quite shock as had been on the pill for 12 year and I'm 31!

I bled from 20th-25th and then passed the sac 26th morning (6am). My period come back 19th Jan so 24 days later. I'm a 25 day cycle I think so not sure if that all tallies up.
