cremolatorium · 17/06/2010 07:40

PlumBumMum · 17/06/2010 12:15

booyhoo I have a 2 o'clock pick up too so I won't be staying long either, which is probably a good thing as lots of teeny babies will make me broody!!

PlumBumMum · 17/06/2010 13:03

Does anyone like or know anyone who likes Pearl Jam?

another mner from scotland has 4 tickets as she has been let down and is going to be out lots of money if someone dosen't buy them

iamfabregasted · 17/06/2010 13:56

I wish I did, or could help in some way - I saw that thread the other day.

Will ask around though

LittleMissSnowShine · 17/06/2010 18:25

yay!! teeny tiny babies - should be the inspiration I need to finish sorting out nursery/car seat blah blah in the 9 weeks i have left until baby arrives

see you all next Fri at high noon outside the museum - i'll be the heavily pregnant one waddling around in flat shoes!!

Tee2072 · 21/06/2010 17:18

Darn it, I lost the thread again!!

Anyway, Adam's surgery is over. I asked the surgeon and if he's up for it, meeting y'all is fine for him. So we'll see how he is on Friday!

TakeLovingChances · 21/06/2010 17:23

Good to hear that Tee. Looking forward to seeing you and the wee man on Friday, all being well.

iamfabregasted · 21/06/2010 17:23

Awh tee glad to hear that. Looking forward to Friday

OP posts:
LittleMissSnowShine · 23/06/2010 10:18

BBC weather says cloudy with sunny intervals, 18 degrees for Friday btw!

dingdong3 · 23/06/2010 15:38

Yay...lost the thread with being away but am back now and great to hear it's all still on.
Am watching one of my DTs as she has been gripey for a few days and has a spotty rash today...hopefully not the pox...arragggghhh..that's all I need but a neighbours girl had it and there's a reasonable chance....
Anyway, will keep you all posted!
Tee that's great news about DS...only got on FB once while away so not all up to speed yet. Really hope I can make it...may go without kids?? Is that allowed?!

LittleMissSnowShine · 23/06/2010 17:40

dingdong3 - the only kid i have is still inside of me lol so yep, i think we might be allowed to go along even without a child-size accessory. hope so anyway!!

PlumBumMum · 23/06/2010 18:06

I'm not sure wiether I'm going now, I'm reaaly busy at the minute, see how I get on tonight/tomorrow

PlumBumMum · 23/06/2010 18:07

booyhoo · 23/06/2010 18:14

ooh, it's so close i can almost smell you all

ds decided he isn't going to be judo champ this year so we dont have to rush off afterall.

MamaMary · 23/06/2010 18:23

Hello all!

I live in Northern Ireland too - and like MissSnowShine I'm pregnant and expecting in late July or early August (first baby). I've been a Mumsnet user since soon after I found out I was pregnant - I don't post all that often, but access often. I found this thread under Meet-ups and I'm thinking I might pop along too since I'm on maternity leave and also I don't know many other mums/ mums-to-be... Would that be okay?

booyhoo · 23/06/2010 18:35

of course mamamary. whereabouts in the country are you?

MamaMary · 23/06/2010 18:42

I'm in Randalstown. Used to travelling to Belfast though - it's not too far.

booyhoo · 23/06/2010 18:50

good stuff. looking forward to seeing you on friday. do you know the time and place?

MamaMary · 23/06/2010 18:56

Yep, 12 noon outside Ulster Museum on Friday - not entirely sure of the lay of the land there since it's been renovated but I'm sure I can find the grass area outside the cafe...

booyhoo · 23/06/2010 19:00

me either so if you see anyone wandering with a lost expression and two blond boys then give me a shout and we can get lost together.

MamaMary · 23/06/2010 19:07

Okey doke

iamfabregasted · 23/06/2010 20:20

Oh I cannot wait to meet you all

I am sooooo excited

And the spark and the plumber are coming tomorrow and I am hoping they will move my washing machine so I can have a DISHWASHER!!!!

OP posts:
Tee2072 · 23/06/2010 20:28

Well, Adam is definitely okay, so we'll be there!

mamamary I don't think the outside has changed, just the inside. The cafe is, I think, on the left as you face the entrance. I'll be standing out there speaking loudly in my American accent, you won't be able to miss me.

booyhoo · 23/06/2010 20:29

oh yay, knock i would love a dishwasher!! we have a big cupboard full of plastic bags that i am trying to convince OH is far better suited to a dishwasher but he's having none of it.
