Nooooooooo! I can't make it - I'm on an off-site in Greenwich! Gutted having missed the last one too. Feel like ages since I've been able to have a 'cliquey' gossip !!

frogs · 09/07/2005 11:32

Ooh, just seen this. We're away that week as it's into the school holidays. Any chance of bringing it forward to the week before? More people might be around.

Haven't seen you all for aaaages, and would love to meet hoxtonchicklet.

KBear · 09/07/2005 12:38

I'll come

Marina · 11/07/2005 08:40

Following Kayleigh's crafty link, I can come. I'm afraid I will be fretting to Olympic Standards about ds, on the loose in London that week on the City Playscheme
So might break some long-standing habits and

  1. Stay for more than paltry 50 mins
  2. Get totally rat-ar*ed Looking forward to putting some names to faces especially the hoxonchicklet's
Kayleigh · 12/07/2005 12:02

NotQuiteCockney · 12/07/2005 12:05

I might make it, with DS2. Who is now crawling, and hence a bit of a nightmare.

We're off on hols on the 30th, so it depends how prep is going ...

Kayleigh · 12/07/2005 13:39

ok, so far we have :-
Kayleigh
Dinosaur
Kbear
Marina

and possibles
Hoxtonchick
and Notquitecockney

Anyone else.....

If weather is lovely maybe we should try for an al fresco lunch in the square again. That way the little ones aren't confined.

OP posts:
bundle · 12/07/2005 13:42

can i come?

(hoxtonchicklet worth the wait..she's gorgeous)

Kayleigh · 12/07/2005 13:43

absolutely bundle

OP posts:
binkie · 12/07/2005 13:46

not me I'm afraid (deja vu anyone?) - but this time it's because by then I will be on my summer escape (and ds's lovely godfather is arriving from Brazil that day)

probably a good thing because over the last few days I've been feeling like hugging you all, so it might have been a bit awkward

bundle · 12/07/2005 13:46

hoping to have a collective sigh after work commitments ease off next week

Marina · 12/07/2005 13:57

sigh is the order of the day. I hope we don't have to be "moved on" after getting tired and emotional on the pristine turf of Finsbury Square

NotQuiteCockney · 12/07/2005 14:21

Oh, I'd certainly be happier with an outdoor meal. I could even bring a bottle of chilled white and some plastic cups, as a thank-you to those who want to booze, for moving to a more baby-friendly location ...

Kayleigh · 12/07/2005 14:25

ohhh you know how to sway the vote NQC

OP posts:
NotQuiteCockney · 12/07/2005 14:26

Well, I'm only trying to be reasonable - if lack of booze is the problem with the park, I'm happy to bring booze. It certainly wouldn't look right for one of you working folks, sneaking out of an office with a bottle of wine!
