Alot has happened in the last year. A few of us have had babies etc. I know people have fallen out and I am missing meeting up with everyone. Can we have a fresh start and start meeting up again. I apologise to justa, eggy, sarah, twigy etc for my crappy behaviour and believing what others told me which i can now see wernt true! SO, shall we arrange a meet up?

He didn't sleep that well. We went up to him to get him back to sleep 5 or 6 times then i ended up bringing him back down about 11.30 cos his feed was due at 12 but he stayed asleep on me til 2am the little bugger. He went down at 3 and was back up at 5.30. Max. he sleeps is 3hrs at a time too. Lewis was sleeping through and in his own room at 7wks but Noah will be in our room for quite a while yet cos he'll be going in with Lewis.

Hello, sorry to crash your thread, but I'm from Huddersfield and don't know many parents (well apart from DH, and he doesn't count!)

I realise I'm not selling myself particularly selling myself well here, but would love to join your thread if you'll have me!

Knickers0nmahead · 30/09/2009 22:47

Hello pushmepullyou.

How's you?

Welcome to the ever so quiet thread

OP posts:
pushmepullyou · 30/09/2009 22:59

Hooray - thank you!!

I'm good, although rather bored this evening. Realised I managed to say exactly nothing to introduce myself in my previous post. So...

I live in Huddersfield (well Holmfirth, but near enough) and I've got a 10 month DD and too many pets. I'm expressing with one hand, mning with the other and just realised I have the mn quote of the week

Knickers0nmahead · 30/09/2009 23:05

Wayhey!!! Well done on quote of the week!!!!

Well, I live in Netherton (The Wakefield one) and I have a DD who is 2.2 and a DS who is 11mo.

No pets, unless I can class dp as one?

OP posts:
pushmepullyou · 30/09/2009 23:09

I know it (quite) well. DH is from Crofton - and definitely counts as one of the pets

Knickers0nmahead · 30/09/2009 23:11

DS crying again. We are doing cc with him as he never slept in his cot or without being fed to sleep. Means us sleeping downstairs until he has got the hang of it though

How long have you been on mn? Don't think I have 'seen' you around.

Hi all- I'm also crashing this thread. I live in Bradley, hudds. Have a 13 month dd and don't know any other local parents. Would love to join the meet up.

I know cheeky monkeys. Fridays suit me best.

Knickers0nmahead · 30/09/2009 23:57

Hello IneedAlife. Fridays seem to be good for most people. What time would suit?

Cheeky Monkeys is a good place for me as the bus comes straight pass my house to get there. Tis hard getting up the stairs with buggy though so may not bother fetching it.
