We have, today, agreed a sale on our house, and a purchase on the farm house. If things go well, we will be living in a tiny rented flat in about 8 weeks time, and then a gorgeous but dilapidated farmhouse in about 8 months' time.

Just found this -I'll come back and add my dates tomorrow as we've just got back from a week in Cornwall a few hours ago so I'm drowning in dirty washing and un-packed bags.
