To any who are unaware of our meet-ups and wish to attend, you are very welcome. They are held at The Swan at Whittington just off the m5 in the evenings.

PS. spellcheck tells me thats how you spell "chocolaty" but I'm not so sure , then again it is early and I've not had my full quota of caffeine yet.

The sale of our house is progressing well. The purchase of the other house is proving a little more problematic. We had got all the boudaries sorted 2 weeks ago and given all the paperwork to our solicitors, then last Friday, the vendors estate agent phoned to say they'd changed their mind about some of the land that they had agreed to sell us.

Aaaaaaaargh. Back to more negotiations, whilst trying not to piss off our buyers by delaying things!

I am so sorry, I'm going to have to miss out too - DH has just called to inform me that we are temporarily without funds in the bank. I'm a bit sad as I was looking forward to getting out and having a gossip. Maybe next time....
