Are we having one this year?
Is it too early to think about it?
Who's going to organise it?

2 steps! wow! it's so exciting when they start walking, isn't it! (even if it is number 3 ) I shall be bringing my 14 year old (so she can run after her younger sibs )

Are we decided on Roundhey park then? I think tis a good idea unless anyone has any serious objections...

Well I will have my two DS's - 11 and 8.

They have both gone to the school disco tonight - smelling like a tarts budoir (sp). All dressed up and gelled hair.

fatzak · 19/05/2008 18:08

IIRC, we thought about Lotherton Hall last year but chose Roundhay as it is easier to get to by public transport.

Any day in August is fine for me - no holidays booked, just playing the camping lark by ear and the weather

knickers - it's a potential date, nothing more. If you want to come, we can change the date, it's not set in stone yet.

I can assure you that you will be made more than welcome. (am I missing something here?)

Roundhay it is then.

Are we sticking with the 15th?

OP posts:
Hulababy · 19/05/2008 19:21

We will be away on 15th August too, as will you Katz Hope you all have a lovely time; maybe next time.

fryalot · 19/05/2008 19:23

we can make it the week after for me (in fact the week after will probably be better for me) or even the week after that...

So, place your votes here...

15th,
22nd or
29th

?

(i can't do the week before that, so selfishly am pretending it doesn't exist )

kayzisexpecting · 19/05/2008 19:25

Any of those I can do. But I'll need to know soon so DH can get the day off work.

fryalot · 19/05/2008 19:26

well, we'll choose a definite date by tomorrow night, how's that? that should give everyone a chance to make their feelings known.

OP posts:
fryalot · 19/05/2008 19:27

do we need to do a copy and pasting list:

squonk 15th 22nd 29th
kayz 15th 22nd 29th

like that, with everyone posting their availability. (I always wanted to start one of those list things off...)

OP posts:
BroccoliSpears · 19/05/2008 19:28

I can do any of those.

Oooh, what if I go and bump into someone I know in RL but didn't realise was a mner.

Saturn74 · 19/05/2008 19:30

squonk 15th 22nd 29th
kayz 15th 22nd 29th
humphrey cushion 15th 22nd

(or are you starting a completely new thread, squonk?)

lulalullabye · 19/05/2008 19:41

Any day good for us. Now excited, and bloody ages away

eyemaskandearplugs · 19/05/2008 19:47

This sounds good, Id like to come if that's OK, I live in Leeds and would probably be driving if anyone wants a lift? I need to meet some new mums.

madmuggle · 19/05/2008 19:55

Madmuggle is available whenever, as long as there is public transport available to the proposed place of revelry
