LIVERPOOL LADIES - What are we doing on the 8th/15th Dec????

Lovely afternoon, thanks Browny. You could easily have enede up with 2 more in your house, permanently!

So, following on from our chat - where oh where are we going and what oh what are we doing on the 8th or 15th (TBC)?

All suggestions here, please...running out of time!

aahhhh DD's school play was FAB!!....she was the cow in the Nativivity (sp?) play....was ssoooo proud of her. We werent allowed to film her or take photos

aww yes she was dressed up as a cow.

When she first came on..she was looking for me, her Dad and her ninny.....till i waved at her and she blurted out "MUMMY...DADDY...NINNY" with a big wave and suddenly said to her friends individually out loud "THATS MY MUMMY, DADDY AND NINNY" ...everyone was laughing as you could hear her really LOUD!!!!

aww i bought her a toy mobile phone for beng really good and i was sooo proud of her.

yes its crap as its the law that no cameras/camcorders/ mobile phones were allowed as everyone started to put it out before it started and the teacher said No phones etc!!

BAH!!!

it is madness but then suppose it is only to protect the kids. I cant wait for ds to do his he was singing all his songs and rehearsing his lines tonight..although I think he is also pinching someone elses as never heard the shepeard say they were bringing the gold coins..pmsl

Nemo - shepherd/king/whaever, I'm sure DS will be superb!

Browny - yes, I have to remember to bring tissues with me tomorrow...nearly blubbed when teacher said I could go. Have feeling will not be allowed to tape proceedings. DH will be gutted. According to DD1, she is a "Child building the snowman". Figures as she's been singing songs about snowmen for the past fortnight. Of course, had she been available for the real event I'm sure she would have been cast in a more pivotal role!!!

Been meaning to say for ages - Nemo - Christmas name is inspired! Surely worht a mention in the comp. Also I still have banners and table cloth for H's birthday...if you still want them?

Browny - thanks for posting about Clarks sale. I went on sunday to Mothercare in Warrington and tit was on there too. Meant to post but brain is like a sieve! Are you in and out of school over the next couple of weeks with Christmas events?

doh jaamy forgot about tablecover..am off to warrington tommorow morning ot buy a new loo seat before someone does some serious damage on our now completely snapped one..lol

Nemo - will pop round at some stage with H's pressie and banners, etc but will ring first to make sure it's ok. Likely to be late afternoon after I've sorted out tyre and gone to hairdressers (first time since Aug so could be a long one!). Also got to try to find somewhere to cut J & A's hair. Could be as late as 4pm, is that ok?

BTW - went to Harpers Bazaar Shop in Southport this afternoon. Thanks for tip off Browny and BL. Fab, fab, fab. Could have spent a fortune in there! J&A loved it too.

Well I cried soo much this morning at ds nativity..pmsl..it was sooo cute!!!
Also been to sticky fingers xmas one and it was fab..lady who runs it has taken a superb pic of all the little fishes with the santa and she is going to email it to me. Been quite an emotional christmassy day....

Browny went to clarks yesterday and today to pic up shoes for the dc..lot lighter on the pocket..will definetly only be going while sales are on from now on.

Nemo, glad you got your dc sorted out in the Clarkes sale, I think I got three pairs for the price of one!.

MD - did you go to Take That on Monday or is that next week? - I think the cold weather has shrunk my brain cells . How are you feeling now?

We went into town this evening, I was having second thoughts about going because is was so very cold, but we wrapped up and I was glad we went. The snow machine was on top of the old Littlewoods building and there were reindeer and two baby ones in a makeshift pen there too, it looked such a lovely scene with the 'snow' falling down on the reindeer - ds2 wanted to know if they were going to fly with the sleigh into the sky!.

Stoppin.. how are you, not working too hard I hope? .

Biglips, the nativity starts at 8pm in William Brown Street, it says to take a torch with you (doesn't mention wearing thermals, two pairs of knickers and a wolly hat though ).

how are you all??
i didnt start my new job yet as the little boy who i will be caring for has been taken into hospital and up to now there is no discharge date so i have just carried on doin the casual work as usual!!
ah well i hope he is well soon as it looks as if he will be in hospital throughout xmas
anywho... all is ok here sian has been to alder hey this week with croupe but she is much better now!! shes been keeping us up with the residual cough though!! not to worry it wasnt as bad this time as last time and apparrantly it isnt contagious so she will still be fine comin to the big birthday party at nemos!!
