We didn't get our day out ...Booh! Unless you count another trek to the hospital. Mum is much better though(highlight of the visit was me washing her hair!), and has given us the day off tomorrow so we can go to A's party ...hurray!

Also DH is now going to be around on A's birthday (only working in Walsall next week so practically on our doorstep compared to his last few jaunts!) ...hurray again! So he'll be here until about 7am and back about 7pm - at least he'll see her awake for a short time on her special day.

We'll still be around for a little "do" on wed, Nemo if still ok. Will bring fifi cake and anything else you want.

Aww Jaamy glad your mum is doing better and definetly glad dh will be around to!! Wednesday still great, looking forward to it, fifi cake sounds fab although they will all probably have to have a go at blowing out candles if H at yesterdays party is anything to go by...lol

well i nipped into Asda for black pumps for DD's preschool as she is starting on Tues but couldnt find any!!...so i spoke to this lady and asked her where can i find some?? and she said Woolies....so thats my next mission but i had to drag DD around as she is too shattered...shes in bed for an hour kip!

aww thanks all for coming..A had a fab time. H went to bed as soon as we got in, all have had a SLAB of bday cake..lol He has opened a few presents but surprisingly opted to save loads for wednesday. Although jaamy your figure has gone down very well and he is currently playing with it along with a power rangers dragon

Cool! Glad he liked it - J chose it because it was purple (we couldn't find a pink one) - but don't tell A that, LOL!

oh i must tell u all summat funny......that little orange felt pen in the party bag.....erm DD thought it was a lippy!!! and said "MUM....hmmm that taste nice!!"

Thanks Nemo. The party was great. They both enjoyed it and Jack fell asleep for 2 hours as soon as he got home. I sorted the house out so we're all tidy and have just done our first food shop in a fortnight. I hadn't shopped with Ocado for ages as I wanted to hold out for a good voucher. They sent me one this week for a tenner off and a free bottle of wine so I save money and have a bottle of wine to stick in the fridge until after the baby is born. It was lovely seeing everyone again and sorry to those I forgot to say bye too but Jack was a bit irate and over tired by that point so I had to scarper!
