I had a lovely evening and it was great meeting you all. My only regret is that I didn't move to the other side of the table half way through to meet the rest of you. Oh well, maybe next time!!!

Now I feel really jealous about not coming to the bar. Although I guess I would feel quite guilty letting dh deal with dd on his own longer - her molars are cutting through and she was playing up all night!!!

Really hope we do this again soon!!(I DO have to get away from the 12-week-old more often )

Suddenly occurs to me that Beetroot might have shares in Playtex?

I am enjoying reading about the aftermath! Were you all totally paralytic, or only some of you, or only partly paralytic?

Would like to hear from sykes and more from FF...

(Still sorry I missed it! )

sis · 16/05/2004 20:51

I wasn't there but am worried about Ks - she hasn't posted on here after the event, is she still sitting in a corner being shy?!

coddycodcod · 16/05/2004 20:57

willow2 · 16/05/2004 20:58

Sis, I was off my (splendid, but apparently not shown off to their full advantage) tits on coffee. Not sure about the others. Think some alcohol might have been consumed.

coddycodcod · 16/05/2004 21:01

Cod, wished you had made it out from your hotel - just have this vision of mumsnetters, some in their pyjamas, taking over the wedding.

We were all wearing them, but now know that we need new ones if we are to take over the world.

serenequeen · 16/05/2004 21:05

i think the drivers and me were the soberest... suprise.

marthamoo · 16/05/2004 21:05

It sounds more like a drunken (breast-fondling) orgy than a respectable bunch of Mums out for a meal I'm just jealous....

I'm never coming out with you lot if I have to have my bra examined (I just know it would be found wanting!)
