Mums in Swansea/South Wales surrounding area?

Scrolling down the calls for mothers in certain areas, I see we must be under-represented in Wales, or anti-social (no one's interested in meeting up!).

So I'm new here and wondering if there are any mothers in my area... Swansea particularly but also Neath/Port Talbot/Carmarthen, maybe Bridgend... please post back either for chat or maybe to meet up at some point...

I have a 7-month old baby boy called Ben and don't do too much in the week... baby swim is about to end, I have one friend from work off on maternity leave, too, who I meet up with once a week, and play group once a week, otherwise we're in the house!

I'd prefere as early as poss.12ish as I may have to rush off early to pick up DS's from school, as I'll proberbly be catching public transport. Too short notice to get car off DH, he had already planned to finish work early to play golf.Grrrr
I'll be short,round, with long blond hair, and no children
Hope they have big enough tables for all us round people !!!!

OK I know what I'm wearing now! I'll be wearing brown baggy combat style trousers with a black top and cream/white zip up jumper. ds will be wearing a red jumper. See you Friday

I'm really sorry but I'm not going to be able to make it. I'm having a really busy week and we are having a party for DS on Saturday so I need to sort some stuff out tomorrow and I'm shattered as it is!

Would love to come along next time.

I'm wondering if it may be best to cancel the meet as some may be dropping out. I came on to post, that I've agreed to work an extra day on Monday, so have a few more things to do tomorrow and may be running very late.
Don't know how others feel, is your DS still unwell Bron??

well, I'll still be at IKEA tomorrow as I'd like to go shopping anyway (never been there) and as it might be kind of late to cancel (don't know if everyone would get the message) I don't mind going ahead even if there's only one other person there! But if none of you turn up, I won't hold it against you!

Anyway, I'll still be there 12.00 tomorrow if anyone wants to join me, but we can reschedule in May/June with more notice for the rest of you...

Hi all, it was good to meet you those who came, look forward to meeting the others that couldn't make it sometime. DS enjoyed himself, he fell asleep as soon as I put him in the car to come home!!

Glad to here you all got home safely.
Had a great time brooding over the babies,and meeting you all.
