It's on 18 November (saturday) at 8pm at a bar called Ruby there's a map showing the location on the site, but it's just behind Selfridges I believe.

Well, KiwiKat, I'm glad you're on the mailing list and contemplating going. I keep planning to, and then I forget, because things happen (e.g. jetlag, or DH with a migraine), but I do make it about half the time.

Nothing to pay beforehand therefore no deposit. Rubys aren't charging for sectioning off an area for us, so you just pay for your own drinks/bar bibbles on the night. I think most people will be arriving already fed.

No idea about hotels, try looking through part 3?
Hopefully someone who's booking one will see this soon.

stich, read back through teh threads. There are some people meeting up I think. Ruby's is booked form 8pm, if you arrive AFTER 9pm there is an entrance charge. Therefore I suggest eating at around 7pm

Agh, I'm not going to make it
I 'came in' second for the job (out of 40) so I won't be flying to England. Bit miffed about not getting the job but more so about not meeting you lot.
