soon to be ex-local, so won't be around for a meet-up, but there is a lot on locally. have you seen the TV east local magazines for listings of playgps etc? tried NCT for local coffee mornings - local group slough/windsor.. www.childcarelink.gov.uk
or go to local library to get free info on playgps/nurseries/activities etc. HTH?

Oh, are u haviung lessons?
I only passed last autumn.

We moved here from croydon last Oct, and so I had to drive. Can't really do public transport with 4 kids in any case. Luckily I passed first time.
