Just to catch your attention.

I think Custy should scrap the original list and we will start again, so unless you say you are going, your name will not appear ok?

July 15th, Saturday, Tiger Tiger, Printworks, Manchester 6.30pm.

As this will have to be booked, please could you make sure you confirm asap. Custy's always organising stuff like this and I think it's very very good of her, so please just say yes or no then we know if it's worth continuing or else me and Custy are just gonna go on the piss together.

I know there will be last minute cancellations, babies ill, parents ill, stuff like that. That's fair enough, but if you can say now without iffing and butting, then please do so.

I'll say that I'm in.

Hi, sorry only just seen this. Afraid don't think am going to be able to make it as my parents are over from nz over that weekend. If I can escape is it ok to add on as would love to come if poss?

Rhubarb · 27/06/2006 15:01

6.30 I think the official meet-up time is YG, as for parking, it's close to Victoria Station so you could park there and just walk up.

Rhubarb · 27/06/2006 15:20

Granarybeck, yeah add-ons are fine providing you let me know. I will hang fire a day or two befor sending the booking form, don't want to book for 22 and then only 10 of us go! Saying that don't want to lose a place, ooooh what to do? Just please let me no asap and msn/email others if you can to let them know I want to book, ta. Yorkiegirl - are you leeds? If so I could give you a lift there but will be stopping in hotel overnight so you would need to either stop or get train home. The offer is there if you want it

gigwig · 27/06/2006 16:16

hi, i'm still coming.

Rhubarb · 27/06/2006 19:38

Chloe55 - the original deadline was July 1st, is that ok for you? Everyone on the list was taken as coming unless they let us know by July 1st. Maybes are struck off until they can say for sure.

Is that ok with everyone? If you are on the list then you are going and you will be booked in. You have until July 1st to let us know if you cannot go.

Chloe55 · 27/06/2006 20:21

Yeah 1st July is absolutely fine by me if that was what we originally said. Do you think i should just send the form off anyway though to guarantee a place and then make alterations after?

SpaceCadet · 27/06/2006 20:27

fraid im dropping out

not really!!! dublindee, yes that should be fine, we will need to leave about an hour before we need to be there, to be on the safe side

SpaceCadet · 27/06/2006 20:33

will have to leave even earlier dd, checked routefinder and it says an hour, so in case of getting lost, will need to leave an hour and a half before we need to get there if thats ok, so about 5.

Rhubarb · 03/07/2006 09:42

dublindee - how come every time you come on this thread someone drops out? Huh? Huh?

We're back a week on Weds

OP posts:
dublindee · 03/07/2006 09:48

She posted last week to say she wasn't coming!!

I don't envy you the task of moving but hopefully it won't be as horrid as you think.

Fill me in. What are the plans work-wise? You staying with in-laws til you get sorted?

At least the meetup will take your mind off stuff a bit!

Rhubarb · 03/07/2006 09:50

Flying over with brats week on Weds, staying with in-laws. Dh drives over with caravan, gets to us for Friday (or he's a dead man!), go to meet-up Sat and get very very pissed and be taken home by sis.
Find out this week if job I flew all the way over to the UK for last week is mine, if not then I need to make a few molotov cocktails.
Get house pronto so can escape in-laws.
Get job for dh, childcare for brats, schools etc.

So nowt much to do really!
