Northants massive?

On the back of the recent thread in AIBU, it's come about there are Quite A Few MNers living in and around Northants.

Perhaps it's about time we came out from underneath our stately piles and showed our faces, I'm gathering interest for a meet up - location to go with the majority of where we live, the same wrt the time of day and whether we involve DCs or not.

PM me (if you've not already done so) and let's see what we can do!

well, there are 5 of us from the same town already! i think a daytime meet that will be easy access for you issimma is in order, maybe in addition to an evening more boozy affair?

I am stuck with having a 2 year old all day every day I'm afraid. Have to be able to get back to MK in time for the School run too...

I could but I'd probably stay sober so I could drive home. It's a bloody expensive taxi ride from Northampton to MK!

For me it would have to be a daytime meet with the baby. I'm in Corby but can drive to Northampton.

Hello. I am in Corby and need to get to wherever it is by public transport. I am also disabled and can't drink alcohol (booooooo!), so daytime would probably suit me the best. With enough notice I can get some childfree time.

Ooooh a northants meet up!! I would love to join, can travel to corby but only have evenings free as I'm on placement for 8 weeks.

so yes, we can have as many meets as we like, as depsite what the rest of the UK thinks we're a really sociable bunch!

A Corby meet would be amazing. Definitely wouldn't as difficult to get to.
