Just been looking at trains back to Leeds/Huddersfield and it looks like they go at 23.15, 23.42 and 1.41 - just in case anyone else thinking about getting train back this way!

is anyone else looking at staying over ? I shall be but can always look for other hotels ?

my family live in Northwich and I dont drive so I am hoping to get a cheap hotel

We've just booked flights back to the UK for Wed 12 July, but dh not arriving until early the next week. So I'll be stuck at his parent's farm with no transport.

Arrgh Rhubarb! Where do PIL live- maybe someone lives nearby? And more importantly would you entrust your children to them whilst you came out with us lot??!

I dunno, maybe I could sort out a lift, but I hate asking and it would have to be a lift there and back. The farm where the in-laws live is a bit out of the way and can be difficult to find. It's near Chorley in Lancashire.

As for them looking after the kids, well that depends on if there are any other of mil's grandchildren at the farm. It is the summer hols so I've a feeling there might be other kids there that will need supervising. Dd is brilliant and no trouble at all, but ds can be a right pain and I feel guilty leaving him with mil when she has so many other things to do.

Think dh will be there on Sat now for babysitting purposes so I could be ok for this!
