Today is day 1 of my exante journey. I have 4 and a half stone to lose and i am determined this time. I am doing total solution for a month and then we’ll see where things stand.
Feel free to join in, anybody already on this journey want to offer any words of wisdom?

Don't break your run. It's nigh on impossible to get back on it.

Drink at least 3L water a day.

Space the products evenly and add in a decent fast too, ie first product at 12, second at 4 and last at 8.

Get a decent skin/hair/nails supplement (any that have biotin) to protect against hair loss.

And good luck, I've just switched this morning to low carb higher fat as I just can't get back on the exante wagon, I lost 3st last year but just can't stick to it, I was making some progress but then joined the gym last week and there's no way I can do that on 3 products a day. Its annoying though because I've still got tons of products left.

Well the first week went down like a lead balloon.
I caved on day or 3 and had too much to eat, went out for ice cream on day 4, had a costa yesterday, and now i’m beating myself up. I’ve already overeaten this morning. I had a chocolate spread sandwich at 5, salmon on toast at half 5, a coffee and a n exante shake at half 9. Wtf do i do now? Just scrap the week and start again? Can’t believe i’ve failed so miserably at the first hurdle.

Start again today.

I was doing well on low carb until the weekend (It was my birthday).

I had Chinese on Saturday, vodka & lemonade Saturday night, and an absolute shit dinner on Sunday - fish fingers, potato waffles, beans & sliced white bread & butter, along with nuts, pitta & hummus/tzatziki, 6 bags of skips, 3 mini rolls and half a terry's chocolate orange through out the day.

I'm back on low carb this week and I'm going to try to swim every day this week.

I've lost a couple of pounds this week, but that's carb/salt bloat from the weekend.

I went swimming on monday & yesterday, will probably go tonight. I was thinking of doing exante again, but with 4 products per day so I can swim, I might try that next week.

But whenever I tried to do exante before while exercising, I didn't seem to lose much.

I could try SW again with the exercise maybe.

I've tried to do this twice, keeping failing for various reasons, but starting again because I feel so miserable with myself. I need to lose about 3 stone.

I like the caramel toffee and caramel latte shakes, banana smoothie, the jam and yoghurt bar, the chilli is ok, but needs to stand a while or the kidney beans are too hard.

I struggle to drink enough water though. I have a lot of black decaff coffee or tea but still nowhere near 3 litres of fluids.

I’m starting tomorrow.

I have 2 stones to lose.
I’ve been going to the gym for the past month but am still eating a high carb diet so haven’t lost anything.

Hopefully exante will help me control what I consume!

I’ve ordered a 2 week supply so hopefully I can keep it up.

I've been back on exante since last Monday. I lost 7lb last week. It would have been 1-2lb more but I went out on Friday and had a chicken salad & 2 diet drinks, and yesterday I had a bit of chicken and a couple of roast potatoes, crispy skin off the chicken and a quarter of a cheesy courgette.

WARNING: Do not eat higher fat food after a prolonged time exclusively on products. Your stomach will not thank you for it.

Hello, can I join in please? I started yesterday. I’ve also done it in the past (successfully, but I’m an emotional eater so can put on a stone in one weekend if feeling low, so it didn’t last).
I want to lose 4 stone but not all of it on Exante. Maybe the first 2 stone, then we will see.

I was doing really well, started Monday last week until today. I'm currently on my 4th vodka & tonic :(

Going to have homemade chicken soup (just the broth, no potatoes, carrots etc) for dinner so will hopefully offset it.

I’m considering starting Exante and just wondered what drinks can you have on it. Is it just water. No zero sugar cordial or diet fizzy pop. Coffee?

I started Lipotrim a week last Monday so am on day 10 of total food replacement. Lost 10lb in my first week which I was so chuffed with.

Please can I join you on the journey as it's difficult to talk to people about who aren't doing it without them thinking you've lost the plot

The wedding dress I want has come up on ebay for £150 (originally £1350) but its a size 14 (12 in high street sizes). I'm going to bid for it so I really need to stick to this now.

Exante do bars & pizzas & fajitas etc but this time I'm going to try to stick to shakes & soups for the first month. I'm already 4lb down since yesterday, its all water & carb bloat but at least it's all going in the right direction. The soups are pretty grim though.

Also back on Exante as of last Monday. Don’t have lots to lose so doing a mix of man plan/flexi this time. So far so good - not going into ketosis as want the weekends off!
