what I would like to know is the level of activity before Andrew Marr started HIT. was he the sort of person who would do intensive exercise or not. I personally don't think the HIT caused the stroke but aggravated an existing problem. I do think that the body would find it a bit of a sudden shock to never been working at above 60%-70% to suddenly be make to work at the intensity required. I know when i was returning to exercise i needed to build up the intensity levels and still couldn't manage the levels required for HIT. But that is my personal opinion.
Feeling a little bug eyed but drunk a decaff coffee in order to get over the mental wish for a caffine boost (ie have the taste) without having the actual hit of caffine which will stop me sleeping later.
Late lunch of a salad and dollop of mayo was filing and stopped the normal 3pm need to pick.
Am thinking about the approach to food for tomo. Leftovers for tea tonight for the carb eaters (roast pork, veg and potatoes) don't fancy the meat without gravy and only have bisto which I am thinking is a big No No? So think i will do some cauliflower and some more buttered leeks and just pile a load of butter on the cauli to make up the fat quantities. Hoping that this is more along the lines of balance that I am aiming for??
Am going to be over on my water drinking and cut the coffees down to 2 normal plus one decaff.
A good start today. now to keep this up and actually see the scales shift some by the end of the week
