Morning all!

The start of a brand new week. Hopefully it will be a better week - emotionally/psychologically - for us all.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you to record your progress.

Hopefully we've all had a good couple of weeks, food and weight wise.

Be warned that we're now in week 3. Many, many, many low carbers (not just Bootcampers) find that the weight loss can slow or stop in this week (and also week 4)

If this happens to you DON'T PANIC! If you've been losing so far, then you know it works. Just KOKO (keep on keeping on) and things will get going again soon.

@prettybird That ice-cream for Father's Day sounds really nice! DH loves Victoria sponge so I'm going to make him a cake with strawberries and cream, I'm going to have strawberries with clotted cream, and the baby will just have strawberries 🍓

Evening, just checking in before tomorrow. Had a glorious weekend, watched DH and DS swimming in the sea, although it looked too cold to join in. I have been away from the scales though, which is a bit of a killer for a daily weigher.

I have been making water kefir, which is probably not bc friendly, and giving it to the dc. They say that the grains eat all the sugar, but I am not terribly convinced. It is quite good fun, and I tip the used fruit into my water bottle, so I get ginger and lemon flavoured water.

I hope everyone has a good day tomorrow, whether that is on the scales, or the non scale victories.

Hi all. Numbers are in. Despite having a really shit day and putting a couple lbs last Monday, I’ve done ok. This came down and overall I am 0.4 lbs up today. I expected to stay relatively static in week 3. I’m weighing in kgs as my scales are old and won’t change and I know the difference between the two figures could actually be very small as they only measure in 0.2 kg blocks. Just seems so wasteful to buy new ones when they work ok.

Just whizzing on as back to work/school this morning 😬
Just weighed and am 161 this morning so a gain of 0.4 but yesterday was 160 exactly so scales just pinging around this weight. Looking forward to the 150’s next week (fingers crossed!!).

Hallo - back to boot camp as I've been a huge carby twat during lockdown and have put on a stone Confused

Lovely see old and new names, just going to catch up on the thread.

Haven't eaten anything yet today, lunch likely to be bacon and avocado and dinner marinaded chicken thighs with salad
