We're in to week 6 and there's still plenty of time for the scales to drop before the end of Bootcamp. Remind yourself of the ten rules and add your weigh-in to the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness. How was last week for you?

Hi campers
I was going to do the Uber camp this week. I had a long standing arrangement for a big day out which involved beer, chips, curry which i enjoyed immensely! So I need to atone!
Is the Ubercamp rule of thumb no dairy except butter? I saw the recipes but just wondered if I can make some recipes of my own? Is it ‘just’ steering clear of dairy?
Good luck with the weigh in. I shall not be doing it til the end of the week because of yesterday’s blow out!

Well , I’ve done my usual thing and completed fallen off the wagon
The good news is ... I stopped drinking wine , as I felt it was getting a bit silly .. and compensated with Cadbury’s dairy milk 🤢

Weigh in tomorrow will not be good , but the scales have to be faced and Bootcamp will be strictly stuck to

Why oh why do I always do it though ? So stupid and no one to blame but myself

Morning! Today's the day I start.

B: scrambled egg with cheese, bacon and spinach.
L: chicken, spinach, rocket, lettuce.
D: roast chicken, cauliflower, broccoli and Swede mash.

Hairwizard I peel courgette in long flat strips like fat tagliatelle and have a strip of green skin on the side of each one. The middle seedy bit is too mushy for courgetti but it can be eaten raw so you can put it in a salad if you like. Speaking of which, courgette, feta and mint saladd* is the bomb.

Tenement you could make your own Ubercamp by staying really low on carbs, aim for around 10g per day, and really high fat, at least 70% of your calories.

Oh no Tourist let's hope the scales are kind to you. Back on track now and get rid of the chocolate.

The Week 7 Low Carb Bootcamp threadd* is now available.

Disastrous half-term - stayed with very old friend who urges food amounts of food on me as a way of showing love (she's from a different culture, was very poor and hungry growing up, and there's no hope of arguing her out of it). It hasn't shown up properly in the scales yet, partly because I'm still dehydrated from all the travelling, but it will, it will. Anyway, I'm not giving up - normal services have been resumed.
