Evening all!

I'm away again tonight, and not going to have access to a laptop/ipad until later on tomorrow, so I'm starting the week's chat thread a bit early.

Here's the spreadsheet

Sounds like we're seeing some really impressive results, and I'm looking forward to the 'scores on the doors'!

Turnedouttoes the next Bootcamp will start on either the 6th and 13th January. Does anyone have a preference for one of those dates? There will be a sign up thread starting once this Bootcamp has finished and some pre-Bootcamp preparation work in the run up to the start of the January Bootcamp.

Thanks so much all, I’m getting there I’m about 10.4/5 and wanted to be 10 stone but I like the idea of carrying on as I am.
I’ve never slept better, had better digestion, as much energy, been as level headed as I am now so I love it.
I’m glad there’s another BC in January because while I’m out in the Wild West seeing what I can tolerate carb wise I don’t want it to put me back a few steps, I’m so focussed now.

I love the idea of planning my food over the Xmas days.

I think that’s going to be hard when at MIL’s for three days but hopefully I can just eat the meat and not the carby veg!

Hi @StuntNun, selfishly I'd like the 13th as it's a big birthday for me on the 8th and I'm going out on the 11th.

But happy to go with whatever works!

KondoKonvert · 15/12/2019 10:20

Either date works for me!

absopugginglutely · 15/12/2019 10:33

I don’t mind either way. It’s just going to be a bloody relief to not be in the weird psychological panicked state that I usually am on 1st January re: food.

TamingToddler · 15/12/2019 11:07

I'd also like the 13th as it's my mum's bday on the 9th and I've booked the week off work Grin
We are going vegetarian for January, so bootcamp will be interesting!

Selfishly I'd prefer the early start, but honestly I'm happy with either, thank you @StuntNun

Normally lurk but de-lurking just to have a moan. So going to DMs for Christmas, she's aware of my WOE and yet has just rattled off the meals she's prepared/food she's bought for Christmas including part-baked breads, lasagna etc and when I said I would be relaxing slightly (I was planning 1 mince pie and root vegetables with Christmas dinner) but I wouldn't be eating all the carbs, she became all huffy with me even though she never asked beforehand what I'd be eating - aarggghhh!

Currently thinking I'm going to try and stick to my plan as much as possible and just offer to take any excess food home with us and let the DC eat it (she normally follows a very calorie restricted diet so won't want any of the food left in the house). Not sure how I'll get round the lasagna though - maybe just eat the mince bit and accept the carbs in the bechamel sauce but leave the pasta sheets?
