Morning peeps. Another pound off this week (my scales listen to death threats!) and excitingly, I am for the first time below where I ended bootcamp last year! First goal accomplished.

Next goal is to get into the 11 stones. 5 3/4 pounds to go.

BMI is now 26.2. Still overweight but not by much, was nearly obese at the outset.

Morning all,
1.5 lbs off this week, have had a much better week and am sad we are going into our last week. MrsBertBibbly my BMI is 26.8 so like you I’m close but need to keep going.
ShagMeRiggins hope you got a good nights sleep.
Today
B Greek yogurt and coffee with butter
L eggs and salad with some leftover green veg
D lamb kofta, cold chicken, FLGV and salad

Don't be sad @Notwatchingtvtoday - we'll still be here! I keep the chat threads going in between Bootcamps so there's always someone to talk to.

And I think @AthelstaneTheUnready is going to add extra columns to the spreadsheet so you can continue to use it if you want to.
