Bit too much alcohol last night
- but until the summer pudding, the meal was wonderfully HFLC. 
All the veg were from the garden; resisted even trying one of the new potatoes, but enjoyed the broad beans, runner beans and a few purple podded peas done in butter. The lamb was flavoured with garlic and rosemary from the garden.
This was the starter: tzatziki made with a home grown cucumber and home grown garlic and courgette flowers stuffed with Boursin, cream cheese and chives, oregano, basil and garlic from the garden.
Today I'm going to have the first courgettes from the garden - a mix if yellow and green ones. I've seen a nice recipe for a grilled salad using the mixture. Recipe uses sweet corn, so I'm going to substitute baby sweet corn. I'll report back on how successful it is
