So food today not bad.
I'm not really sure I agree. Why are you eating so much bread? You should be getting your carbs from veg and salad. Part of the rules of Bootcamp!
B: livlife bread with butter and pate
L: roasted cauliflower and beef madras
D: 2 egg cheese and ham omelette with loads of butter and mustard
S: few macadamia nuts another slice of low carb bread with butter and pate
*So not much veg going on at all is there? ^
Need to snack less, but my fat intake has been lowish these past few days

and the alcohol intake high
When you were complaining about your weight loss being slow/non-existent, I did a quick search through your posts from the beginning, and one of the constant features was alcohol. This really, really, really won't be helping you! Apart from the carbs (depending on what you're drinking), all the time you're drinking you're preventing your body from burning fat. It's no wonder you're seeing slow results
I can't stress enough how important it is that you go back and read the rules and then make sure you're following them properly!
