My goodness Smile I don't think we've ever had a second thread in week 2!

Anyway, the last thread is full, so let's carry on the chatting here until the new thread on Monday!

Jimmy the dogs are gorgeous, 10k is an amazing walk, I'd put money on a size 12 wedding dress easily.

Heman you're in awe of Jimmy's dogs walking 10k, I'm just in awe of anything that can walk.

BIWI thank you for the encouragement, my diet was very samie last week so I got really bored and I know that can be a danger of this WOE, I guess it's the same for any diet for that matter, so easy to get stuck in a rut.
Question for you: given that I had no choice but to cheat in week one because of extreme low bp and mothers funeral, should I do boot camp for an extra week before going onto lite?

Has anyone made cloud bread?

We did go out with the intention of getting BBQ at the pub but on arrival the bench/tables were squashed so close together that it was impossible to negotiate between them, it would have been impossible to go to the toilet if we had found a seat and wheelchairs and those bench tables don't work so we went for a walk along the canal tow path and came home and I had a sleep while doing my stint on the ventilator. DH is cooking me a burger, salad partly from the garden and I'm having a sparkling water on ice.
I can't thank you all enough for supporting me on this journey, today especially.

C4 sorry you didn't get to have your BBQ but it sounds like a nice evening nonetheless. Hope you had a good sleep.

I've made cloud bread when LCing before. It's pretty light but does the job of sandwiching a nice filling. I liked it with bacon and avocado. Never tried it as a burger bun. Doesn't taste too eggy especially if you fill with something tasty. The cream of tartar is important to get the texture right

Loving the horse, basset and bunny pics!

Wanted to thank ilovecherries for her recipes posted on the recipe thread. Will definitely be trying some of those, esp the moussaka. I think the moussaka basic principle could be varied with loads of things, like cauli steaks or lengthway sliced courgettes instead of aubergine, beef or turkey mince instead of lamb, and with a paprika ghoulash version or an Italian herbs version. It's like lasagna without the pasta. Genius.

These too are very outing but here are some more, unpacking the shopping, trying to break onto the decking herb garden and doing bunny yoga

I have a question.
Someone mentioned cloud bread and another has mentioned almond bread.
How would I go about finding those recipes up on the recipe thread?
Are they in alphabetical order or do I have to go through every single page and hope I stumble upon the recipe I'm looking for? Confused

Right I've caught up. Glad things seem a little better for you this evening C4. Jim you and your dress were lovely. Food pics look delicious. Animal pics, yes making me dog/bunny broody too. SAyrraT the picture of you on your horse is amazing.

I'm making good choices with the being away and eating out thing. Swapping chips for salad, no buns, forgoing desert etc. I'm pleased I'm keeping to it but even more pleased that I'm doing so with no feeling of missing out.

Eek! Bunny pics. Look at the bun bun flopped out on the floor! My dog stretches out like that. So cute Smile!

styled I'm not sure if they are on the recipe thread but you can do "all on one page" then "control" + "f" to find then just type the recipe name in. You may find them that way.

c4 I love bunnies, my friend always has a house rabbit. They are just so fab and friendly. I always feel so sorry for the ones that just live in a hutch. They have amazing personalities, I think you miss that if you don't spend a lot of time with them.

Day 3 gone well today. Drinks by lots more water and pissing like a racehorse.
B- omelette with spinach and a bit of cheddar with two rashers of fried bacon
L- nearly forgot to eat as much didn't feel hungry! Had a salad with lettuce, olives, cucumber, ham and salami with mayo, olive oil and lemon dressing.
T- strips of frying steak in a mushroom, asparagus and cream sauce on courgette ribbons which had been fried in butter.
I'm eating A LOT of butter.
Loving the basset and bunny pics.

Styledilemma - on the full web version of MN you can do an Advanced Search to find the recipes.

Not sure if you can do it on the mobile version but you definitely can't search on the app at least not on my iOS7 compatible version of the app

Had a lovely easy supper of griddled lamb leg steak, which I'd marinated in olive oil and oregano, cauliflower florets microwaved with butter and French beans finished of with you've guessed it butter Grin

Dh is having a "no drinking" month and asked me to help support him. This evening, because he is reading a book about Pinotage, he really wanted to open a very nice bottle of Pinotage we have in stock (we sell wine as a hobby business).

I told him No Grin
