I feel I am eating loads more than others on this thread, but all very low carb and do feel like I have lost weight this week despite eating hugely more than I normally eat. According to mfp I started of eating just under 3000 calories but only around 25-30 carbs
B 4 egg omelette with 4oz cheese and either cucumber or mushrooms or I have just discovered these jars of courgettes in oil and peppers in oil that are only a out 1-2 carbs for a quarter of the jar
L. Which i have at around 3-4pm because I am so full from breakfast is my most carby
1/2 pot of soya yoghurt and 10 blackberries.
D 2 Quorn peppered steaks and 3-4 balls of frozen spinach done in the oven.
I have reduced the 4 egg omelette to 3 eggs and last night didn't have my L or D but had a small bowl of cubed cheese, cucumber and 1/4 jar of courgettes in oil.
Do feel I have lost weight so cant wait till Monday when I can get on the scales. I even feel slimmer around my enormous stomach so we shall wait and see.
