Hi everyone, Ive managed to look at the spreadsheet on a proper screen rather than my phone and have been winging it on bootcamp for the last two days.
I think Ive screwed up if i stick onions in my curry's and am eating red peppers in my salads arent i? Also im using 1 tin of chopped tomatoes plus 1 tin of coconut milk in each curry. Ive ballsed up havent i?
Also I havent got a clue what to eat for breakfast as i hate eggs without bread and i dont eat pork. thanks for any advice - much appreciated.

BIWI · 06/07/2016 16:31

wizzy - as long as you follow Bootcamp rules you'll be fine.

Onion is OK in small quantities - but next time, try substituting them with shallots, as they're less than half the number of carbs.

Similarly, tinned tomatoes are OK as long as you're careful.

For breakfast - just eat what you fancy! It doesn't have to be special breakfast food.

No need to worry about not liking pork - there's plenty of other meat and fish you can eat.

How do people use rhubarb? Previously I would have stewed it with sugar and apples. ..........

StuntNun · 18/07/2016 07:59

I would microwave it or stew it and serve it with extra thick double cream. It will be sour but delicious.

redskirt3 · 18/07/2016 09:59

Ta, that's a good idea as the cream will have some natural sweetness.

BIWI · 18/07/2016 10:29

I stew it with a little stevia to take off the edge - don't like it too sweet anyway - and then eat it (warm) with some full fat yoghurt, into which I've stirred a very small amount (half a teaspoon) of vanilla bean paste, which is sweet.
