I can't quite believe it but I seem to have lost 3.5lbs?!!
I wonder if I was being a bit pessimistic with my scales when I weighed last week (had a 1.5lb gain)? But this week I was bang smack on 12 and a half stone. Could also be linked to last week being totm so maybe that kept weight on for a bit?
I was by and large very strict last week though, so I guess it did pay off, but I did have a slight episode of carby twattery linked to my first work night out, which I thought would have cocked things up. Maybe the Fathead pizza is the answer?!?
Anyway, I am going to be as strict as I can this week and stop questioning the good news! Food plan for today:
B - yogurt with coconut and berries
L - a salad of avocado, green pepper, boiled egg, cheese, sausage, cucumber, coleslaw, leaves and olive oil
D - will probably be along same lines as lunch, plus some leftover fathead pizza
Can I ask what happens after this final week? I still have at least another stone to lose so want to keep on track!
