Next Bootcamp is going to be a slightly different one from the norm.

It's only going to be for 5 weeks, but it's going to be stricter than the others.

The plan is that the first week will be Ubercamp, which is a no dairy version of Bootcamp; weeks 2 and 3 will be Bootcamp and then weeks 4 and 5 will be Bootcamp Light.

If you just want to Bootcamp (rather than Ubercamp) you're still more than welcome to join!

The rules for Übercamp are the same as Bootcamp, the only exception being that no milk, cream, yoghurt or cheese is allowed.

It's really strict/hard and may be a step too far if you haven't low carved before - so people do have the option to do just Bootcamp if preferred!

Done it for you miffy you just need to copy and paste the list from the post before into the reply box and add yourself at the bottom. I think people find it harder on phones and stuff.

BIWI Thank you! I think I'll start with you all on Monday, but do normal bootcamp instead of Uber, as I've never low-carbed before and don't think I can cut out milk and cheese at the same time as bread, pasta and potatoes.

Currently doing a keto diet atm but probably need to be a bit stricter to get near my goal by the time I go on holiday (Sept 27th).

I take it almond milk isn't allowed on Ubercamp either?

If almond milk doesn't contain real milk, and it doesn't come from a cow, then it's allowed!

I think butter might be the exception Schro. The ubercamp shopping list suggests it is.

I like the look of ubercamp but it just doesn't look like enough food...

Had a look, if you get creative I am sure there are lots of lovely foods you can make with that list.

I can see lots of tuna/salmon/egg lettuce boats in my future though!
