Done! Have been up,since 5.45 feeling all excited thanks to next door's bloody dog can't think I'll be quite so excited in a few days time when I'm getting cravings so I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

Scrambled eggs for breakfast. Yum.

Weighed in at 11st 13.75lbs Sad. I guess the only blessing is that it's not in the 12s.

I was a stone lighter before Xmas.

My first goal is to get down to a "normal" BMI, which for me at 5'6" is around the 11 stone mark.

I did this abou 18 mths ago & the first couple of weeks are TOUGH. I felt inclined to eat my own hair at times, but I did lose the 7 lbs that had previously refused to budge from my bum & thighs. I stopped being so windy (did experience constipation but controls in place now) & just stopped feeling tired after eating - it's great. Grin

Of course, let things slip & now need to lose about 5lb.

Just managed to stop my fingers delving into the Kellogs choc cereal when I remembered BOOTCAMP is up & running so having my 'low carb' brekkie instead Grin

Good, strong will power everyone, summers knocking !
