pc - glad you got an email! dont worry about the lack of compliments - ive had a few emails on match from guys going oh you're so pretty/interesting/blah blah blah.....but then never heard from them again after that initial email, so I actually think no compliments at first is the way to go!

I wasn't on a date, ds was at my mums and it was my first night in alone without ds ever. Felt a bit strange. Spoke to my friend last night, she's on POF so we were coparing notes and she went out with Handsome, who asked me out the other day! He texted her 10 times the day after the date (and the same day emailed me to ask me out for a drink!).

No way abouteve, I had mixed feelings about it anyway but my friend has now really put me off. He's a real yuppie type cash flasher, nowhere near as good looking as his photo (despite his handsome claims), a bit of a bunny boiler and no soh which is important to me. Got IM'd from some guy in California on OKC last night who got stroppy because I wasn't dedicating myself to answering his, frankly very boring, messages so had a tantrum and threw his toys out of the pram.

Meeting a friend for a very quick drink tonight but that's all sadly. Still like juicy, got lots of work and lesson planning I should be doing anyway.

Well juicy, he definitely was very keen, she told him she definitely wasn't free for the next 2 weeks and he still texted her to go to the theatre. Also he is apparently very well connected, she is a musician and he has promised to give her a few leads. But she has made if very clear that she will not do it in return for anything!
