well teatotal (formerly known as otherone) has asked me out this weekend. In contrast to last date, he even suggested a place! I might as well go, maybe beer isnt the answer to everything ;)

Geekboy was moaning about how he could not think of anything to do this weekend with his daughter. I said I have the current time out in front of me. Want some help. Asked how old she was and what she was into and he replied. Don't need your help. Logged off and have no heard back from him since. Not overly concered. Actually don't care at all really. afternoon all,

wel... marvel's workmate is being tested for swine flu.he came back from hols and stright to a nightshift with marvel then carted off to hospital. so marvels been advised to keep away from anyone with young children/elderly/health problems till they get results.

so that me ruled out as my kids are young and ill.

ds and dd been up all night . i'm hoping they have caught chicken pox of a friend so we get it over and done with. so doing daily pox hunts as been poorly for a week or so now.started as colds but getting gradually worse.

also he was supposed to be going to munich for a concert at the wkd. but his friend hasn't got his passport back from passport office yet so looks like they wont be going. so we MIGHT if he gets all clear finally get to meet on a sat night.

this being only night i'm truly dc free and can go out and get drunk.

i've got a birthday party in glasgow on that night though. thinking i might drive to it. then come back here and join up with marvel and his friends then get sloshed with them. and then spend our first overnight together.

our schedules are so ridiculous that in next 3 months. there is only 2 possible night(2 is including this) that we can do overnight.

is blooming ridiculous isn't it that us LP are so bound by our responsiblities yet our ex's get to swan about willy nilly doing anything they please and cancelling on ours.

he's been hinting he'd like to come to party with me on sat. but he's not yet trained up enough for that yet.

and i'd like to see what he's like when we both get drunk together before i do that infront of my friends. imagine if he turned into a complete arse when pissed. i've met him out and about (in the few months between our date and getting together), but never spent a whole evening in his company when we're intending on being pickled.
