I wake up on the hour every night. When I don't have to get up for work I wake up at six then sleep again at 10.30 which means I stay in bed until midday.

DD was away for the week and for the first time in 16 years I slept properly and woke up at 8.15 feeling great. Guess its a mum thing. We are conditioned to keep an ear out for the kids from day one.
