inthemist - think I've overdone it at the gym! I've been using the cable column for my arms but they feel really achy and I think the weights I used were too heavy! I'm thinking I should stick to ashtanga yoga which is 1.5 hrs, then have 2 sessions of cardio and weights and 1 just cardio (mainly treadmill), my goal is too lose weight, although I've started eating more so need to stop this! what exercises are you doing at the moment?
