Kids are off to xp's later which I am not looking forward to as I have nothing to do.

Think I will buy wine and drink myself stupid.

No one to go with and no funds really either so I'll have to stay put.

Hi Cracker, I've get like this sometimes when my DCs got to XH.
Things you could try are: visit a friend and make yourself their guest for the evening...don't worry about imposing, and anyway most people are pretty supportive if you just saying your feeling a bit crap.
Failing that, get a bottle of wine and a DVD, or watch an old favorite, or even read a book if thats your thing. Or you could pamper yourself, facemask, paint your nails, etc?

Monty100 · 06/03/2009 16:08

CrackerNut, I'll be doing the same. I curl up on the sofa with a bottle of vino, tv and the phone. When I'm bored with that I make a nuisance of myself on here usually do some mning

Monty100 · 06/03/2009 16:08

........ sorry strike didn't work! (again)

aseriouslyblondemoment · 06/03/2009 16:26

Cracker we'll all have our vino on the go later

CrackerNut · 06/03/2009 16:28

Thanks guys

Monty, you need to strike out each word, then it should work.

I have got my wine and some crisps so bring it on

Iam getting better at arranging things to do on Fridays. I was out last week, and do pop round to my friends sometimes if she isn't working, so it isn't as bad as it was I suppose.

Hi Cracker feeling any better?

I haven't got the wine out yet have you? Waiting for a respectable time ie 8pm it to chill.

So what are you all doing?

Lou what's up?

Where's ASBM? Have you gone 'fishing'?

I had an invitation to come for a drink with a guy round the corner who thinks he's in with a chance, except he's not, so I'm not going! I'd rather stay here with you lot.
