Feeling incredibly down in the dumps today

thanks to those who were v kind last night, i didnt want to hijack the thread tho

and those who emailed me too, am sorry i havent replied but have been a bit glum

i stole my youngest and took him to my bed for a cuddle last night, and fell asleep with him, woke up at 5am with a splitting headache (not alcohol related i didnt drink last night), took some pills which didnt work, took some more which finally did

i was in bed in my pj's still at lunchtime when my best mate suddenly walked into my room unannounced, he had come to make sure i was ok as my phone was off, so he dragged me out of bed and took me for lunch

i am meant to go out tonight but i really cant face it, so am just going to make some nice food with the kids and watch a film

i might ask my friend to come and join us, but i really dont feel like facing anyone else and being sociable

Plucked up the courage to join single with kids site and posted on a local meet up thread. Plan was to meet at soft play place tomorrow. But DD2 is poorly so we now can't go.
