Has this been done before? I'm sure it has, everything's been done before but... what are your favourite 'up yours' songs that helped you over the difficult times?
Mine are

McAlmont and Butler - 'Yes (I Do Feel Better)'

Cher - 'Strong Enough'.

For my ex it is Every Day I Love you Less and Less' by the Kaiser Chiefs, Get a Job' and She's Got Issues' by the Offspring and Die For You' by Alice Cooper.

All at loud volume....

I also like Kelly Clarkson's 'Gone'.
I'm going to check these all out. Hell knows why there isn't a cd of this stuff. They'd make a fortune!

I love the lyrics, the idea behind it. It does start as a lovesong, but follow it through. I may be 3 1/2 years out of the relationship, but my xp has really wound me up recently, and this made me laugh when little else did.
