Why can't I decide wether I want to meet someone new or not ??

I mean I do want to, and I don't want to, all at the same time.

I am on a couple of dating sites and tbh I am quite picky, but every now and again i'll take the plunge, go through and send messages to a few that I like the sound/look of.

Then if they reply, I am totally gobsmacked and run away, never replying to their message which is both mean and bloody stupoid.

For example, am on one site where I messaged a bloke a while ago and he has just replied saying his cumputer was broken but that he's now back online if i'd still like to chat.

Now I dunno if I do.

So now i am thinking, why the hell did i bother again, as bloke in partic hasn't replied and neither have of the others that I very bravely sent messages too.

This has happened before, 3 times now i think. I message a bloke, he replies saying yeah he'd like to talk, I email back and then never hear from them again.

What am I doing wrong ?

nothing , some blokes are just like that, dont take it personally, they are just thoughtless

zippi and i play a game on pof, we both message the same way out of our league hottie, and guess whether he will reply or not, and if he does, which of us will he reply to

they usualy dont reply , but we have fun lol

it happens all the time nutty you aren't doing anything wrong

it is a numbers game

you may be too nice for them if they are looking for sex with older women for eg

and a lot are on for sport/flirting

i find it hard to get anyone interested who is over 40 lol that i actually like plenty of gross ones tho

but at just over 30 they seem more keen..strange but true

just treat it like a challenge/game and have fun..there are some nice guys but it takes a bit of time to winkle them out lol
