better thanks - we stayed up til nearly 1 in the morning talking. it jsut so happened that the last hour was spent talking about dd and her achievements so far....... so not that much was sorted out but when i have a pnd day i can't think that much and find some conversations too painful but i am getting better with each day hopefully so i shall see how things go for now. thanks for asking

troubkle is though it's tkaing me a long time to think how ifeel about him, when i get down my feelings shut off for anyone except my dd but i do struggle then sometimes. so i jsu hug her a bit more and ask for hugs back and say i'm feeling a bit sad today, mostly she obliges and says oh babe
