Thanks OP, I checked my online account today and it's finally been credited! I applied ages ago and they didn't notify me whether I'd get it, just credited the sum into my energy account.

I had confirmation months ago that I will get it but haven't got it yet.

Ehric the payment can be applied to your account anytime up to the end of March. I'm with British Gas and that is what I was told.

Does anyone know if maintenance count as income in this case?

I don't think it does spring but read up on the small print on your suppliers website.

just recieved letter from EDF... will be added next bill

I applied and received this last year but have just got an email saying that applications for 2015/16 can be made from now.

They do it on a first come first served basis according to the info on the website.

Eon automatically sent out forms to eligible customers which they have stopped doing this year without informing anyone ! I've complained and have contacted the ombudsman has anyone else not received their forms ? The deadline shut on December 2nd 2016
