I actually don't think I can afford to do this anymore.

It's at least £20 before I've even left the house then paying halves for drinks/meals.
A lot of the time the guys offer to pay for the meal/drinks but I feel a bit weird accepting.
Then, when I meet someone I like and we meet two/three times a week that's £60 just in babysitting per week!

Am I destined to be single until my children are old enough to look after themselves?
Say it isn't so! Shock

Expat, so your husband fell into your lap?! ok, I'm going to hope that happens to me too!

I was wondering.. why no section for "ads" or singles on mumsnet?

I was thinking of posting a message here in the LP section - single and looking etc - but not sure whether it's allowed?

I seem to attract "single no kids" people on okcupid and pof, which is fine, but then I think single dads with kids would be.. I don't know, interesting to at least try?

Don't they spend time with their Dad; that is what most single parents do, isn't it? That's what I did Smile

My children's dad takes them for a burger and chips four times a year.
