Are there any Whittington mummies who go to the homebirth team meeatings in Finsbury Park?

Hello Crouch End mums. I'm also a Crouch End mum and pregnant with my second daughter. I've just started a pregnancy yoga class at the Haelan Centre, 41 The Broadway on Fridays 1.30-3pm. The first session is only £4, then it's £8. I'm a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and my pregnancy training is in the Sitaram tradition.
I believe that practising yoga during pregnancy can relieve pain and contribute to a more enjoyable birth. Ante-natal yoga can treat common ailments including swollen joints, heartburn and backache as well as promoting restful sleep and getting your baby into the optimal fetal position.
