Wednesday I made 4 pans of toffee and then we made toffee apples, today I've prepared hot dogs & bagels then to make my day complete I've paper mache'd a balloon which I've been promised will become an igloo ......

Hope you all had a good time today.

I made about 120 pancakes in all, was very warm, frazzled and the topping point was right at the end managed to set the fire alarm off so we had an impromptu fire drill

Ran down to LF's then came home for a cuppa. Decided to go to Meadowhell to sort my phone out (it's broken and my contract is up for renewal soon) so collected Josh, - he came out of school saying I don't feel very well ..... told him we were going to Mhall did he want to go home ? He loves shopping so no brainer really. Got to MH and went to T Mobile only to find my contract is up on Sunday so can't do anything till then . Took Josh to McD for tea and he pushed it round his plate. Came home and hes just chucked up all over

Now off to make a Pavlola to take to my sisters tomorrow then thats it I'm having a sit down with a Baileys ........

Bloody hell, Pizza! You should come to my house and chill out! (after you've made us pancakes and baileys!)
We had fun today at Cheeky MOnkeys...I think! DS was quite tired and groucy. He then spent most of the afternoon trying to lie on Knickers' DD
At least all is quiet now in the wot household. Dog is walked. Bottle on wine is nearly empty.
Who wants to come over for some coffee here on Friday?

Morning everyone

Mark's working this morning, so i've managed to get all my pottering done in peace this morning

Thank you for a lovely morning yesterday Wot and Knickers

We can't come on the 25th, i didn't realise the date, and it's Bens birthday (Mark's promised to take us to the seaside ) Hopefully we'll be able to come another time, although i still need to find some way to attach monster to stay nearby if we're having a picnic, without him running off every two minutes!

Hope everyone's having a good weekend, despite the weather! xxx

Hiya, we went to a table top sale this morning and got a few bits. then we went to Horbury Fair which was fab! Got lots of bits and bobs and plants for a few pennies and things. Great fun - and we missed the worst of the rain, thank goodness!

I had a lovely time @ sisters last night - forced myself to drinks lots of stella then back to mums and forced myself to drink some Baileys !!! This morning got up and mum had cooked a huge breakfast - so stuffed my face and we all set off back home popping into Meadowhell to sort my phone out. Been baking cookies all afternoon to test receipes (going to start selling warm home baked cookies at LF) up to now our favourite seems to be soft oatmeal & raisin ones (like the ones you buy in Sainsburys)
