moving to Hereford

Hi all,
We are looking to move to Hereford but I am so confused regarding schools.. DD is 10 and will need to move to a secondary school so we are looking for a good secondary school in Hereford so that we are in catchment.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
What area would you move to? Ideally we are looking for a village location with a pub and decent community.
