Which is best for you? Bonsoir and I can do either of these dates. No venue yet, but will be somewhere fairly central.

Can't do a weekday, too far to travel.
Have a nice time, though...!

flyingcloud · 19/05/2010 16:29

8th not 10th for me, but don't worry about me too much!

FrakkedUpTheElection · 19/05/2010 16:48

8th September?!

Haev a lovely time

BriocheDoree · 19/05/2010 18:36

Hmm, 10th but not 8th for me.

Greythorne · 19/05/2010 18:38

Can I crash your meet-up? I would love to get together and can do both dates. (Hopeful emoticon)

teafortwo · 19/05/2010 20:38

The 8th is better for me.

rosietoes · 20/05/2010 12:42

Oh no! I'll miss it! zut alors!
I'll be in Paris 31 May til 5/6 June, then en permanance after 21 June. Are we still having on in Sept?

goldenticket · 20/05/2010 12:44

Wow, Bonsoir and MrsSchadenfreude at one meet-up! Might hop on Eurostar

frakkit · 20/05/2010 16:13

I demand we have one in early Sept!!!

AuldAlliance · 20/05/2010 16:48

I could maybe make early Sept. But not mid-week...

frakkit · 20/05/2010 19:04

Second weekend to give the rentrée madness time to calm down?

Sorry, you're all supposed to be discussing June

MrsSchadenfreude · 20/05/2010 20:18

We will do another one at the weekend in September. At the weekend. So that Frakkin and Auld Alliance and Rosietoes can come.

But this is for JUNE, peeps.

Goldenticket, Bonsoir and I are lovely, I tell ya. Lovely.

And virtually neighbours - how spooky is that?

I can't do weekdays either so will wait for the September thread.

Bonsoir · 21/05/2010 17:45

Oh, just saw this (having previously discussed dates with MrsS, obviously!).

So it's looking like 8 June. The more the merrier...

For September, Saturday 25 would be good. Any takers?

rosietoes · 21/05/2010 17:52

Book me in!

Bonsoir · 21/05/2010 17:52

Hi! Great! Any firm news on school?

rosietoes · 21/05/2010 18:33

Number 1 on wait list now. Were number 2, so there has been movement!
Lighting candles in church (I'm so Catholic!)

Bonsoir · 21/05/2010 20:20

Children are dropping out like flies at the moment in Grande Section (parents making up their minds on next year's career move, with the school year deadline looming), so I'm sure you'll get your good news very soon!

frakkit · 22/05/2010 07:03

I'll be gone by then but I'm an imposter anyway!

BriocheDoree · 23/05/2010 14:57

Och, I can't do the 8th so will catch you up for the September one.
Rosie, good luck for your school place. We applied in November for DD's school place (slightly different criteria as she has special needs) and found out last Friday. To say the waiting time was stressful is putting it mildly! However, she now not only has a place, it just happens to be in a bilingual school who would probably never have accepted her via the normal route, so that's a pretty big bonus!!

jodevizes · 23/05/2010 16:48

Gosh I am so envious, wish I could be with you in Paris when it sizzles.

flyingcloud · 23/05/2010 20:40

I may now not be able to do the 8th due to a work commitment, so please go ahead and organise whichever date suits everyone else best and I will try and come along.

Thanks for organising.

rosietoes · 23/05/2010 21:08

Thanks, Brioche. Glad you've had good news and your DD has a spot! I'll consider that a good omen!

See you in September!

MrsSchadenfreude · 27/05/2010 21:38

Bonsoir are we doing the Bristol on the 8th?
