That’s such a lovely photo of you and Kerr. I’m so pleased your pain has subsided, as others have said on here already, the pain at nighttime can be unbearable and the nights seem so frightening. I hope that the pain doctors can put in place a package to ensure you are kept pain free.
And while lots of posters are putting up photos, I thought I’d join in and show you a lovely picture I took of a foal with its mother. Nature is amazing, isn’t it?

Had to search for this thread as idk if the link is broken in the last one but found it thankfully. Hoping chemo is going well 🙏 and that you're keeping in good spirits however possible. Just wanted to add that if you can stomach them I've found things like ginger (can get ginger jelly sweets from Holland and Barratt) and, more effectively, anything minty like trebor mints really helps nausea (just as an addition to actual anti emetic meds).

If you don't want to be forewarned about things like nausea then definitely let them know because sometimes being told to expect something can create a placebo effect and make it worse so maybe mention that to them for things you don't want forewarning about.

As always I send you all my hope for a calm and peaceful evening and hope you can get some rest 💐

pamela, you definitely chose well!! & you make a lovely couple!! 💕

see how much more positive you feel & how much stronger when they get the pain relief right, imagine getting some sleep too !! This is why you need to really push the pain team!!

just knowing the chemo is in there chopping up all the cancer cells-(definitely pack man style) will definitely help. Yep, it might not make you feel great, but hopefully knowing it's doing its job will help you cope with that!!

Hooray Pamela, you utter superstar! So selfless to push on like this even considering the bad nights you're having. Fingers crossed for a swift reduction in pressure & pain now that the chemo is on the go. Well done 💪🏻
