He F***** up

So,

A friend of mine recently told me a story where he f*** up.

He was on a dating website (under the demise of a catfish) (rhymes with Madoo) and he was talking to a few girls, pictures were sent to some of them, they liked and reciprocated, some just liked and didn’t reciprocate.

He sent another girl a photo, and she didn’t like it, subsequently she reported him and he got banned, then he emailed the website, apologising for what he did and said he wouldn’t use the site again.

Now he’s concerned that the site themselves will contact the police for what he’s done, he’s told me he’s done it before about 6/8 months ago too.

What’s the likely hood of them going to the police for what he’s done?

He’s panicking because it’ll ruin his career if anything happens.

Wow Shock your friend shared all of that detail with you? Down to how many girls did or didn't reciprocate? I really think it would be a good idea to stop letting your friend use your laptop, he might start catfishing on MN. It's interesting how he's referring to women as girls. You might need a better friend I'm sorry Thanks

Idododoidadada · 25/05/2020 11:05

Right, your “friend” Hmm

TheGirlWithAPrince · 25/05/2020 11:07

What a disgusting creep. Dick pics make me vomit

HollowTalk · 25/05/2020 11:13

If it's not asked for, then it's flashing

Agreed. And just out of interest, how many women ask men they don't know for a photo of their genitals?

notapizzaeater · 25/05/2020 11:14

I've never got my head round why men think we want to see dicks. I'd hope the site does actually do something for stealing someone's else's identity. That person might be married - imagine if his wife found it ?

xTinkerhellx · 25/05/2020 11:19

There must be something else going on here. If dating sites reported every unsolicited dick pic then Tinder would have barely any males left on there.

Was the woman under 18? Was it more than just a dick pic? Why is he so concerned they will go to the police? If he is so concerned about it, why do it in the first place?

Nothing about this makes sense.

fuckinghellthisshit · 25/05/2020 11:24

"fucking up" means making a mistake.
He made a fake profile and used it to try and manipulate women and to sexually harass them. This is a 'friend'? Raise your standards OP.

JorisBonson · 25/05/2020 11:26

Hope he does get reported and in trouble. Fucking disgusting.

No difference to flashing someone in the street.

The website won't report him but the recipients can and whether or not he opened the account under a false name he can be traced.

Mycatismadeofstringcheese · 25/05/2020 11:36

You should tell your “friend” that he can get pictures of naked women quite easily on the internet without duping women into sending them, or harassing them by sending unsolicited dick pics. I hope your “friend” does get charged with online sexual misconduct and has the book thrown at him.

ProseccoBubbleFantasies · 25/05/2020 12:06

Does this not make you feel very uncomfortable about your "friend", OP?

Also, a "mistake " is something we don't do on purpose. The actions of your "friend" here show pre-meditation and planning.

"Poor chouce" would be more apt than "mistake"

ProseccoBubbleFantasies · 25/05/2020 12:07

Choice. Doh!

Sparklesocks · 25/05/2020 12:53

Frankly if the police somehow get involved that’s only a good thing.
Sending unsolicited photos of your penis is unacceptable and predatory. I couldn’t be friends with someone who treats who like that.

Sparklesocks · 25/05/2020 12:53

*women

LillianBland · 25/05/2020 12:55

What a misogynistic creep! I hope to fuck he can’t sleep at night, for the worry. Odious little pervert.

Aposterhasnoname · 25/05/2020 12:59

Hope they do, it would serve you him right. Creep.

Ftmy2019 · 25/05/2020 13:15

I saw this same thread on another website. Exactly the same story / situation. But he wrote it. What a small world!

Thisismytimetoshine · 25/05/2020 13:21

You deserve all that's coming to you, op. For the future, it's polite to wait until you're asked before flashing your dick at unsuspecting randoms.

Okrightbut · 25/05/2020 13:25

I wouldn't want to be friends with a man who sent dick pics. Don't you feel its a bit grim op?

Lampan · 25/05/2020 13:29

Nobody wants to see your disgusting unsolicited dick picks. If you do get into trouble you were asking for it.

WhatCFeryIsThis · 25/05/2020 13:30

@Ftmy2019 what does the website rhyme with? Grin

StylishMummy · 25/05/2020 13:36

How old were the girls he was messaging?

Is he concerned about a conviction because he's been knowingly messaging underage girls?

Bloops · 25/05/2020 13:40

Eurgh.
My guess is he wasn't the first and won't be the last. This site surely has rules on things like this, what does it say about it?
I doubt the they would get the police involved. However, no sympathy if it does come back to bite "him" in the ass.

Splitsunrise · 25/05/2020 13:45

Wtf this is gross. Hope he/you does get contacted by the police/fired from job!
