I left my ex a few months ago finally breaking free from the controlling behaviour. Long story short he's taking me to court now. When we were together our two children he never spent any time with them unless forced. He has never looked after any of them wholey on his own and now he's trying to get court orders to do this. I have said that I don't see him fit for unsupervised contact due to him using drug and drink daily. He has just had his licence renewed after s ban for drug Driving and drunk everysingle night when we lived together. I suppose I'm asking if anyone has been to court and been told they are allowed unsupervised contact? I have put my feelings aside to the point in refusing getting non molestation orders for the harresment and threatening behaviour towards me so that the children can see him regularly with me present.
